Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a format that embroidery machines can read. It’s not just a technical step—it’s a creative one. We manually map out stitch types, directions, densities, and underlays to ensure your design looks stunning in thread, not just pixels.

Pricing & Turnaround

  • Digitizing Setup: Designs are not all the same—each order is quoted individually based on complexity, size, and stitch requirements.

  • Turnaround Time: Regular turnaround is 3–10 business days, depending on the size and detail of your order. Please note: Christmas and Stampede seasons are peak periods, and regular turnaround times may not apply.

  • Rush Service: Rush service is available upon request. Additional charges may apply depending on our current production schedule.

  • Sample Sew-Out: Every logo or design includes a complimentary sample sew-out prior to full production.

  • Digital Mock-Ups: We provide clean, accurate digital mock-ups so you can see your design before it’s stitched. Each mock-up is created with attention to detail, ensuring your logo placement, sizing, and colours are represented as clearly as possible. It’s a simple, reliable way to preview your embroidery and feel confident before production begins.

Need edits? We offer free minor adjustments to ensure your file stitches perfectly.

I Already Have an Embroidery File?

If you have a file from another business, we’re happy to review it and let you know if it’s stitch-ready. We also re-digitize auto-generated files to improve quality—because your brand deserves better than “good enough.”

Why are there extra charges?

During embroidery production, we sometimes need to use additional materials to protect the item and ensure the best stitch quality. This may include products like Solvy (for stitch clarity) or specialty threads that differ from standard weights. These materials are used at our discretion during production to maintain the integrity and finish of your item.
