Digitizing Setup: Designs are not all the same—each order is quoted individually based on complexity, size, and stitch requirements.
Turnaround Time: Regular turnaround is 3–10 business days, depending on the size and detail of your order. Please note: Christmas and Stampede seasons are peak periods, and regular turnaround times may not apply.
Rush Service: Rush service is available upon request. Additional charges may apply depending on our current production schedule.
